Many farmworkers and essential workers are struggling to provide their families with food and essential supplies. ALAS runs a weekly pop-up pantry in Half Moon Bay that is currently relied upon by ~200 families each week, and we are asking for your help now for a very special project.

Our goal is to raise $40,000 so that we can distribute 250+ Thanksgiving meal kits at the Saturday November 20, 2021 pop-up food pantry. A donation of $150 provides a family with a box brimming with fresh poultry, produce, rolls, pumpkin pie, and sparkling cider to enjoy on Thanksgiving. Any funds raised beyond our goal will be used to provide recipients with gift cards to local grocery stores. 

Last year generous donors helped us reach our goal to provide our Coastside families with bags of food and a gift card from local stores. Many other groups partnered to provide other necessary items that made the families thanksgiving dinner super special. Please help us reach our goal this year.
